Dr. Andrew S. Kimmel, M.D. has been a retina specialist in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania since July 1990. Prior to coming to Bethlehem, Dr. Kimmel completed a two year fellowship in diseases and surgery of the retina and vitreous at the prestigious University of Iowa, one of the top five retina programs in the world. Dr. Kimmel is also Director of the St. Luke's Retina Center which is the only hospital-based retina center in the Lehigh Valley.

Kimmel Retina Center is a private medical practice specializing in diseases of the retina and vitreous.

Our Mission is to prevent blindness in as many people as possible who are suffering from retinal diseases, including but not limited to:

• Diabetes mellitus
• Macular degeneration
