Eye emergencies arise in many different forms. Some of them are obvious, including recent eye trauma and sudden loss of vision. Others are more subtle. While such symptoms may often result from the normal aging process, other more serious eye conditions may also exhibit these symptoms. It is important to keep in mind that if you have a retinal condition, the sooner it is diagnosed and treated, the better your prognosis.
